The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Delhi has issued fresh notification for the examination of CTET pertaining to the recruitment of teacher for class 1 to class 8th in the union territories of India. This Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) is necessary for every individual seeking job as teacher in Government and other affiliated schools. The notification is published to conduct examination and make clearance of eligibility stage for the candidates.
Examination details:
The CBSE board has invited online applications from the eligible candidates to participate in the examination of CTET. The categories of teachers are divided into two stages.
Class I to V: Primary Stage
Class VI to VII: Elementary Stage

Candidates applying for primary stage qualification should hold Senior Secondary or equivalent certificate. Those appearing for two year Diploma in Elementary Education can also apply for the examination.
Candidates, who would like to appear for the Elementary Stage qualification test, should possess Graduation with two year Diploma in Elementary Education.
