CTET September 2014 (CENTRAL TEACHER ELIGIBILITY TEST), Apply Online www.ctet.nic.in

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Delhi has issued fresh notification for the examination of CTET pertaining to the recruitment of teacher for class 1 to class 8^th in the union territories of India. This Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) is necessary for every individual seeking job as teacher in Government and other affiliated schools. The notification is published to conduct examination and make clearance of eligibility stage for the candidates.

Examination details:

The CBSE board has invited online applications from the eligible candidates to participate in the examination of CTET. The categories of teachers are divided into two stages.

Class I to V: Primary Stage

Class VI to VII: Elementary Stage

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

Candidates applying for primary stage qualification should hold Senior Secondary or equivalent certificate. Those appearing for two year Diploma in Elementary Education can also apply for the examination.

Candidates, who would like to appear for the Elementary Stage qualification test, should possess Graduation with two year Diploma in Elementary Education.

Application fees:

Applicants applying for these posts have to pay Rs. 500/- for paper 1 and Rs. 800/- for both paper. However the candidates belonging to SC/ ST have to pay Rs. 250/- for paper 1 and Rs. 400 for both papers.

This Application fees can be submitted through online and offline mode, as per the convenience of candidates.

How to Apply:

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Delhi has introduced online application process for inviting the application from desiring and eligible candidates. CBSE has launched online application form on the official website www.ctet.nic.in through which candidates has to apply. The candidates should fill the application completely as per the instructions given on website. After the submission of application fee, candidate can submit the online application before 31/ 10/ 2013.

Applicant should take the printout of the Confirmation Page, which is generated online after the submission of application form. Applicants should submit this Confirmation Page with the required documents through registered or speed post at below mentioned address. Candidates should affix pass port size photograph and send application on or before 7/ 11/ 2013.
